After Comment Ratatiner and Les Moodz, Toon Factory is once again placing its trust in Waooh! to produce the animation for its upcoming series : La Bande à Ducobu ! Produced by Umedia, our studio is responsible for animating 40 of the 52 eleven-minute episodes that make up the series.

La Bande à Ducobu offers a 2.0 take on L’Élève Ducobu, the comic book by Zidrou and Godi: a younger Ducobu, who is no longer on his own and is now a gifted child (HPI) experiencing academic failure. In addition to presenting itself as a funny and heartfelt comedy about a group of friends at school and after school, it also highlights important values such as solidarity, tolerance, and multiculturalism — in short, all the ingredients needed for living well together. It also teaches us that learning can happen in non-conventional ways, sometimes by adapting to students’ individual profiles.
